Welcome to my capstone e-portfolio. I’m an Interdisciplinary Studies student at Cal Poly Humboldt, and this site highlights my journey and creative projects. My Senior Project is a podcast series titled Mental Health and the Struggling Artist, where I conduct research, explore stories, and have conversations with fellow creatives about balancing art, career, and well-being.
This e-portfolio represents the intersection of performance, writing, psychology, and production—the disciplines that form my creative identity.
Through research, self-reflection, and hands-on creative work, I’ve explored how artists confront burnout, instability, and mental health challenges in today’s industry landscape. This portfolio is both a record of growth and a foundation for my next steps: graduate study and continued professional storytelling.
